The project entails upgrading the communal facilities, constructing a new basement car park, and rejuvenating the facade of an exclusive condominium situated near Orchard Road.

Revamped Poolside with Canopy

In response to the evolving lifestyle needs of the condominium's 20 owners, several amenities have been introduced, including an open outdoor lobby adjacent to the swimming pool. To enhance its usability, the previous multi-level area has been transformed into a single-level space suitable for gatherings and informal events.

Above, a glass and timber canopy casts intriguing light and shadows across the deck, while the new infinity edge of the swimming pool and the landscaped water features contribute to a tranquil ambiance for the entire outdoor space.

Cantilevered Gym Over Garden

A significant aspect of the renovation is the cantilevered structure that accommodates the new gym facility. This suspended glass-encased unit overlooks a double-volume bamboo garden, designed primarily to extend the landscape elements from the basement to the ground level.

Reimagined Double-Volume Lobby

The main lobby, featuring a double volume design, has been reimagined with newly textured stucco finish walls, a randomly arranged mirror feature wall, and a custom-designed chandelier.
