The project is situated in Zhangzhou, Fujian, a picturesque location steeped in history and featuring natural hot springs. It is positioned alongside the Jiu Long River and in proximity to the historic Nanshan Temple to the west.
Encompassing an area of 71 hectares, the master plan envisions a new hot spring resort city that integrates a diverse array of commercial, residential, and hospitality facilities, aimed at enhancing local tourism and economic development.
A key design feature involves utilizing the floating bank adjacent to the river to establish a landscaped deck that aligns with the highest point of the bank. This design effectively channels all vehicular traffic to a sub-level, creating an elevated walkway for pedestrian access.
Consequently, the transition to the riverfront is seamless, fostering a harmonious relationship with the scenic waterfront.
