Situated in the heart of the central business district, this project involves the addition and alteration of an existing 14-storey office building. The construction incorporates two additional storeys at the top, complete with a new sky terrace, alongside an extended façade at the front, sides, and back. Additionally, the basement car park is converted into a restaurant, complemented by various mechanical and electrical works.
