The Wathba administration complex, situated within an industrial plant, encompasses a dormitory, mosque, and main building, accommodating laboratories and offices. The architectural layout follows a linear design, delineating spaces for living, praying, and working along a sequential path.
Notably, the strategic placement of the mosque between the two main buildings underscores the intrinsic significance of Islamic faith in Arabian culture. Constructed with white onyx stone, the mosque embodies a luminous, translucent quality, resembling a beacon.
The landscaping design emphasizes an "oasis" concept through a deliberate integration of extensive greenery and water features surrounding the facility. Furthermore, the water pool serves the dual purpose of air cooling and physical demarcation from the adjacent treatment plant.
