SOHO @ Farrer is a small-office, home-office development comprising 22 units that integrate living and working functions within a single space. This compact show unit, covering an area of 47 square meters, is thoughtfully organized into three main zones: the living area, pantry, and bedroom.
The bedroom allows conversion into an executive office, while the main living area serves as the principal office space featuring three workstations. Through simple re-arrangement and the innovative design of specialized furniture and cabinetry, each compact area is transformed to fulfill a distinct function.
As a result, every space serves a dual purpose, accommodating the requirements of both residential and office.
