Spacemob Co-working Office @ Claymore, Singapore

The client presented us with an exciting startup concept to establish a shared office space featuring a diverse range of seating arrangements and sizes. This inclusive space would be complemented by a central event hub, known as the Town Hall, where like-minded business individuals could convene for networking opportunities.

A fundamental design aspect focused on integrating breakout spaces tailored for networking, imbuing the overall layout with a vibrant and engaging atmosphere.

Simultaneously, the space was designed with user-friendly features, such as seamless IT integration for meeting room reservations and registration. Additionally, the provision of variously sized mailboxes was considered to accommodate individual preferences.

Town Hall: Vibrant, Flexible Event Hub

The pivotal element of this co-working office was the Town Hall, serving as the nucleus of the space with foldable stage seating and adaptable configurations to cater to different event needs.

A significant architectural feature was the connectivity between the Town Hall and the reception area through a huge sliding door, enabling seamless access during key events. The deliberate use of vivid and playful colors and materials further emphasized the vibrancy of this hub.

The reception lounge harmoniously married an avant-garde, rusted folding metal reception table with an imposing pseudo-art installation portraying a collage of Singaporean shophouse windows. This deliberate design choice aimed to distinguish the flagship Singapore co-office from potential future headquarters worldwide.
