The design brief for this project is to create a mixed development specifically catering to the elderly population. This initiative presents a novel approach to the design of apartments and villas, focusing on barrier-free accessibility.
Key elements such as corridors, toilets, elevators, and living spaces are thoroughly re-evaluated and redesigned to meet these specific requirements. In addition to ensuring that these areas are wider and more spacious than standard designs, detailed considerations regarding materials for door handles and toilet facilities are meticulously examined.
The site is divided into two distinct areas: the main island, which will accommodate various types of housing, and the ancillary island, designated for sports and recreational facilities.
These two islands are interconnected by a network of pedestrian pathways. The entire development features a diverse range of housing options, including serviced apartments, villas, terraced villas, mid-rise apartments, and high-rise apartment blocks.
