The proposed development situated in the vibrant city of Shenzhen encompasses three office towers, a residential condominium tower, and a retail podium, embodying the overarching urban concept of integrating living, working, and recreational activities within a singular locale.

The architectural design features a tessellated glass facade and interwoven metal cladding, producing a mesmerizing effect of distorted reflection and a dynamic mirage-like aesthetic on the exterior of the structure.

These “metal ribbons” of the building's skin gracefully cascade downwards to enfold the other towers, while serving as a canopy at ground level to offer shelter to pedestrians. This design element seamlessly unifies the entire complex into a cohesive whole.
